For this reason, the company recognizes the importance of having a secure and structured internal process for reporting behaviors, actions, or omissions that may constitute violations of laws, regulations, or ethical principles.

To ensure maximum protection for whistleblowers and comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, Phaenomena has adopted this Whistleblowing Procedure.

Whistleblowing – Reporting of Misconduct

LEGISLATIVE DECREE 10 March 2023, No. 24

Phaenomena is committed to protecting individuals who report violations of national or EU regulations that may harm the public interest or the integrity of public or private administration, which they become aware of in the course of their work activities.

Whistleblower Protection

To ensure that a whistleblower is protected by law, the following principles must be respected:

  1. Protected Identity: The identity of the whistleblower and any information that could reveal it must not be disclosed without their consent.
  2. Legitimacy of the Report: The report must concern potential violations and must not be defamatory or malicious.
  3. Truthfulness: The reported facts must be accurate. False reports may result in sanctions.
