At phLAB, product development is carried out in line with the most stringent international standards, following a structured approach that incorporates pre-compliance testing from the earliest design stages. These tests allow for early assessment of performance in terms of safety, durability, and resistance to external factors, playing a key role in ensuring product reliability.

At phLAB, these evaluations are conducted using specialized equipment:

  • Salt Spray Chamber: for corrosion resistance testing

  • Climatic Chamber: to simulate extreme thermal and environmental conditions

  • IP Test Chambers: to assess protection against dust and liquids

  • IK Test Machine: to measure resistance to mechanical impacts

  • Vibrating Table: to simulate vibrations and mechanical stresses typical of real-world use

Integrating these tools into the development process not only ensures compliance with standards but also helps create robust, reliable, and reproducible products, enhancing confidence in their lifecycle.
